Babli Didi's offers the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days
- Local Delivery: Available in select areas with same-day or next-day delivery options

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Delivery destination
- Weight and size of the package
- Chosen shipping method
The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is made.
We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹1000 (within India only).
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For custom or bulk orders, processing time may take 2-3 additional business days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

5. Delivery Issues
In case of:
- Delayed Delivery: If your order is taking longer than expected, please check the tracking information. If the delay exceeds 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
- Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of the product. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If the delivery partner makes multiple failed delivery attempts, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
6. Product Condition on Arrival
All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged items
We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
