Aam Ka Achar

Aam Ka Achar is the heart of every Indian kitchen. Babli Didi's version begins with hand-selected raw mangoes, cut into small pieces, that are sun-dried for two days to concentrate their tartness. These are then slow-cured in pure mustard oil with a secret spice blend refined over years — fenugreek, nigella, fennel, mustard seeds, yellow mustard, red chillies, turmeric, asafoetida, dried ginger, salt etc. Our mango pickle is a different taste and it is like by everyone.
